Ghostbusters II (1989) IMDB rating: 5.70 Plot: It’s 5 years after the battle against Gozer. A restraining order has forbidden Peter Venkman, Ray Stantz, Winston Zeddemore, and Egon Spengler from working as Ghostbusters, and as a result, they’ve had to find other jobs. Ray owns a book store called “Ray’s Occult” and performs at children’s birthday parties with Winston, Egon conducts experiments at the institute for advanced theoretical research, Dana Barrett broke up with Peter some time ago before marrying another guy, and Peter now hosts a local TV show called “The World of the Psychic”. Dana, who is now the divorced mother of an 8-month-old baby named Oscar, works in the restoration department at the Manhattan Museum of Art. Strange things start happening when Oscar’s baby carriage takes off by itself with Oscar in it, and it stops in the middle of 1st Avenue. While Dana’s boss, Janosz Poha, is restoring a painting of a 16th-century tyrant named Vigo Von Homburg Deutschendorf, the painting comes to life. Vigo wants to live again by taking over Oscar’s body. Vigo takes complete control of Janosz and orders Janosz to get Dana to cooperate. Janosz also has his own agenda. He wants Dana because he’s in love with her. When Peter, Ray, and Egon try to help Dana, they are arrested and put on trial for violating the restraining order. When the ghosts of the killer Scoleri Brothers show up at the court room, the judge is forced to remove the restraining order against the guys so they can put the Scoleri Brothers in a ghost trap. After this, Peter, Ray, Egon, and Winston re-open Ghostbusters, and mayor’s assistant Jack Hardemeyer tries to slow them down any way he can, because he believes the Ghostbusters are frauds who will hurt the mayor’s chances of becoming the governor of New York. The Ghostbusters and their lawyer, Louis Tully, refuse to be stopped by Jack. When Jack has the Ghostbusters put in the Parkview mental hospital, there is an eclipse and Janosz kidnaps Oscar for Vigo. The mayor wants the Ghostbusters on the job, and when the mayor hears that Jack had the Ghostbusters put in the Parkview mental hospital, he fires Jack and has the Ghostbusters released to try to rescue Oscar from Vigo, and Vigo intends to make it as hard as possible for the Ghostbusters.

ive recently come out of a 5year relationship which was very volatile and to be quite honest had run its course, i cant count the number of times we split only to get back together, i lost count of the amount of times she told me i was worthless, a piece of ****, spat on, even acts of violence, and inevitably begged me back hours later! also the police were involved on a number of occasions even tho i was never arrested, just told to "stay away a few hours till she cools down". etc… i loved her and tried and tried to no avail…shes had drug problems all through our relationship, had depression and we have 2 children together. i always considered her problems but she was consumed by them and to be honest in the end i fell out of love with her and it became hopeless!! the last thing she said to me was "go make me a ****** cuppa tea you little *****! i walked that night and never looked back. the things im happy about are knowing i tried damn hard to make it work and we have 2 wonderful children, but it just wasnt healthy for anyone! now in the space of a week without looking i found someone else, i know before someone suggest it, that it may seem a little shallow but to be honest im past caring, i was very loyal to my ex and gave her everything i had to offer, i just wanted someone to love me like i love them, the women im now with shares so many interests its unreal,we love the little things we cuddle every night and fall asleep together were as close as can possibly be i trust she feels the same way due to her actions and we do feel that were both happy enough to dedicate ourselves to each other. she also has so much more on her plate than my ex which i wont go into too much(bone marrow/blood disorder) it affects her fatigue and her well being although you would never know because it doesnt realy affect her appearence and she smiles through everything, i have known her 2years and always envyed her because of her attitude!! she is the loveliest girl i have ever met and at the opposite side of the spectrum to my ex!!! ive met her family/friends etc and to be very honest i have fallen completely in love with her. the one thing that bothers me is my family dont seem ready to meet her and its starting to upset me, my sis was very rude and ignorant to her and my mother doesnt want to meet her just yet,(its not like my family got on with my ex particularly well, they were happy that i rubbed my hands of her) most of my friends have met her and they all have one thing in common, they have all said how happy WE look!!!!! i just want to be happy and i have found happiness, but i want my nearest and dearest to be happy for me and let me move on, im just realy anxious for them to meet her properly, and i feel that they think it some kind of joke but they havent met her yet!!! should i feel bad for being the happiest i have ever felt after enduring hell for the best part of 5years? are they judging my girl? am i the idiot for thinking they would greet someone with open arms for makin there son happy? shes so lovely i wish they would meet her so we can be normal, shes a breath of fresh air!!!!

Does anybody know where I can find a copy of "Bluetoes the Christmas Elf"? Tried Ebay, Amazon etc. but they are always a) out of stock or b) ridiculously expensive. Looking for maybe a small independent retailer or something? Ideas appreciated.

Please Christians, pray 2 Jesus Christian 2 rescue all remaining survivors still trapped in rubble in Haiti?
The Haitian Government has called off all rescue teams. Though a 22year old was pulled from rubble today. And everyday before today, people have been pulled from rubble. PLEASE, the newsman said though there may still be people alive in the rubble, there are millions who are hungry and needed to be tended to.

Please imagine if you where alive and people just didn’t care to rescue you because the decided it was over. People reported yesterday, I heard, txt messages being sent still from the rubble. Please, pray to our Almighty God, one and only God, Jesus Christ to have mercy on our wretched souls, and answer our prayers for ALL trapped people who God has graced to still live. God can get them rescued, please pray, and tell any brothers and sisters of the faith to pray too!
