How do characters sound?
The characters don’t have anyother clothes because they don’t pack for where they’re going. But when they get to where they’re going they will get new stuff.
Name-Logan Crest
Age-15
Personality-He is brave, mysterious, independent, and the type of person who can be nice, but when he gets mad he can be really mean.
Description-5′ 10", Blonde hair, Grey eyes, has a scar on his palm, wears black fingerless gloves, a black t-shirt, dark blue jeans with rips in them, and a grey jacket.
Name-Gwen Golden
Age-14
Personality-She is caring, adventurous, and isn’t affraid to speak her mind.
Description-5′ 5", Brown hair, Green eyes, wears a blue crystal necklace, a white t-shirt with a blue fox on it, and light blue jeans.(Girls please tell me how I could improve her looks. I’m only a guy HAHA.)
(Yes these next guys coming up are the constillations)
Name-Aquarius
Age-19
Personality-He is optimistic, and loves to hang-loose and have fun.
Description-6′ 1", Black hair, Blue eyes, wears a blue t-shirt with a wave on it, tan shorts, and sandals.(The other characters wear tennis shoes. Just because I didn’t say they wear shoes on their description doesn’t mean they don’t.)
Name- Sagittarius
Age-20
Personality-He is adventurous, and is very sneaky(which helps for hunting).
Description-6′ 2", Brown hair, Brown eyes, wears a bow and quiver, grey t-shirt, camo pants, and a hunting knif strapped to his leg.
Name-Orion
Age- 21
Personality-He is protective, wise, and is a natural born leader.
Description- 6′ 3", Blonde hair, Blue eyes, has 3 claw marks on his chest, wears a shelid and sword, a lion fur jacket with the lions head as the hood(you understand if you’ve heard of Orion), and tan cargo pants.
The plae that Logan and Gwen are going to is The Forest Of Argentum(which means silver). There they meet Aquarius, Sagittarius, and Orion. I will post part of my story later so you understand more.
If anyone has any ideas for more girl or boy characters I would appreciate it.
I need some constellation girls and human girls like Gwen. Aquarius is a guy because I saw a picture of Aquarius being a guy.
Is Gwen to short? Is Logan to tall?
Here is the place they’re going to…

Your characterization is good. Its interesting that you’ve used two zodiac signs, and used them to your advantage by following form on their individual meanings.
As I don’t know what the story is completely about - I’m just going by what you’ve posted so far. Okay…
* I’ve noticed a big age gap between the two characters, Logan and Gwen, compared to the other three boys. I don’t know if thats how you want it to be. But the gap is pretty significant. If your writing for young adults - then a few teenagers would reckon 21 is pretty old, haha. Just my opinion.
* Gwen - if you want to add a girl’s perceptive… her hair could be in a ponytail with a green or golden bow. Both colours will bring out her eyes, and it adds a bit of femininity. You could personalize it by a tiny love heart on her inner wrist - one she draws on with a red pen - or a gold star sticker on the corner of her eye.
* You’ve got five strong characters. To even up the playing field I’d suggest to give a few other characters some down points, or even your main ones. Not all can be perfect. I like that you’ve said Logon can be mean. Maybe give a bit of that to the other characters too… example: because gwen is adventurous, she’s a bit of a risk taker and has broken a few bones before the age of 14. Or Gwen isn’t afraid to speak her mind, so she way too honest for her own good. Etc.
Anyway if you blow off what I suggested - your characterization is still good.
Its just helpful tips.

I think that your descriptions are fairly good. I have no suggestions at this time.

Why are all the constellation characters guys? I think Aquarius should be a female, personally.

I think it sounds interesting. The character’s names are good, as are the descriptions. Will the three older guys’ names have anything to do w/ their actions or their personality? I hope I helped!

1. Doesn’t seem to me you have a Mary Sue or Gary Stu… a big plus in your favor.*
2. Understand why the constellations are represented by tall, older guys. Good job.
3. The clothes seem fine to me.
They’re simple and not overly described, nor so rigid they limit a character. It seems frequent for new writers to put too many details in characterization ideas. That can ultimately limit plot advancement.
4. Hope you do have a plot in mind already. It seems so.
Schooling taught me plot drives characters rather than the other way around. Experience has too.
5. I like what names you provide fairly well.
To find more, suggest your phone book. If you want an online search suggest http://www.babynamer.com , where you get meanings of names and their history too.
Good luck with this.
If you want post work at a site a bit more protected and also more international (and usually writers a bit older who do great stuff) suggest http://www.writerscafe.org
It’s free; you only have to give as much info as you want; you get lots to read and review and for each review, that person gets an invite to also review what you write.
There are contests (meaningless: Except for a larger audience for your piece(s)..) and lots more happening there in a "clean, well-lighted place."
PS. Ignore the ’self-publication’ junk I last saw there… they seem to lurk on every writers’ site.
..jeez, you didn’t even ask for that… *sigh*… all links here are safe.
